Voice charting

Say it. It’s on the chart.

Dictate your findings in English, Hindi or Gujarati while you work. Odontra drafts the tooth chart, you check it, and the treatments you choose flow into the plan — with prices.

“36 number me deep distal caries hai. 24 me irreversible pulpitis. 11 ka crown fracture.”

What the doctor says — in Hinglish
The tooth chart marks 11 fracture, 24 pulpitis and 36 caries, each on its own tooth

What it never does

Built to assist the doctor — never to decide.

Clinical judgement is yours. Odontra is deliberately limited to the part a machine does well: turning your words into structured findings.

01

Never suggests treatment

It drafts findings — tooth, condition, surface, depth. You pick the treatment from your own list.

02

Never saves on its own

Findings reach the chart when you press Add. The plan is saved when you press Save. Not before.

03

Never sees who the patient is

Names and phone numbers are removed before your dictation reaches the AI.

04

Never switches itself on

The AI assistant stays off until the doctor turns it on for the clinic.

Voice, everywhere

A floating mic on every screen.

Keep one hand on the patient. Tap the mic from any screen and your notes are kept for the patient who is open — ready to add to their report when you are.

  • —Dictate while you examine, not after
  • —Notes stay with the patient who is open
  • —Add them to the report when you are ready
  • —Works in the browser on a clinic computer, tablet or phone
