Who is here, and what comes next.

The front desk marks Rohan arrived. The doctor sees “Here now” with how long each patient has waited, starts the visit, and a guide bar walks through history, examination, plan, consent, treatment, prescription and payment.

Say the findings. Tick what is right.

Tap the mic and talk while you examine — English, Hindi, Gujarati or a mix. Odontra drafts each finding with the tooth and surface; you untick anything wrong, and only then does it reach the chart.

Show the patient what you see.

What you need

Odontra runs in the browser on the clinic computer, a tablet or a phone — in any city or town in India. Each clinic gets its own private system with its own data, name, logo and address.

How does Odontra work?

Odontra is dental clinic software that runs in the web browser. A patient books on WhatsApp, where the AI front desk offers free slots and sends a request; the clinic approves it in the schedule; at the chair the doctor dictates findings, which fill the tooth chart and a priced treatment plan; the bill follows the plan with UPI; and reminders and recalls go out on WhatsApp by themselves once the clinic switches them on. The doctor approves every finding and every plan.

How long does it take to start?

Choose “Start free trial” on the demo page and type the 6-digit code we email you. Your own clinic is then made automatically — the sign-in link usually arrives within 10 minutes. Every feature is open for 14 days.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Odontra is a web app: open it in the browser on the clinic computer, a tablet or a phone. Patients use the patient app from their browser too — there is no app-store download.

Is it easy for my front desk to learn?

The visit guide bar shows each step of a visit with one big button for the next one, and small jobs open as pop-ups, so nobody has to hunt through menus. Each person has their own login with one of 13 clinic roles, so they only see what their work needs.

Can I bring my old patient records?

Yes. With the Pro and Premium plans, photograph an old case paper and Odontra AI fills the New Patient form for you to check. When you book a demo, we also help set up your clinic’s name, logo, team and patient list.

Which languages does it work in?

The patient app and the automatic WhatsApp messages work in English, Hindi and Gujarati — each patient in their own language. The AI front desk also replies in Marathi and Hinglish, and voice charting understands English, Hindi, Gujarati and mixed sentences.

What happens after the free trial?

Choose a plan — from ₹1,499 a month plus GST. If you have not chosen, the clinic moves to the Basic features, free of charge, and nothing you entered is deleted. See pricing.
