Our story

Built with a dentist, from the clinic floor.

Most clinic software is designed around a feature list. Odontra was designed around a day in the clinic — with a practising dentist guiding the way.

How it was made

Three steps, one real clinic.

  1. 1ListenWe started with the clinic day itself — front desk, chair side, billing, follow-ups — and wrote down every small challenge.
  2. 2Build with a dentistDr. Kenil Lathia guides what matters and reviews the result, so each screen works the way a dentist actually works.
  3. 3Use it every dayOdontra runs Ocean 32 The Dentofacial Hub daily. What slows the clinic down goes back into the product.

Small challenges, answered

  • —A payment entered by mistake. The doctor can reverse it — with the reason kept on record.
  • —Printing on your own letterhead. Choose your letterhead or plain paper, and see where the pages break before you print.
  • —A wrong registration number. Only the doctor can change it, and every record of that patient follows.
  • —X-rays patients keep asking for. Share the ones you choose in the patient’s own app.
  • —Reminders patients can read. English, हिन्दी or ગુજરાતી — each patient gets their own language.
  • —Charting with gloves on. Say the findings; you tick what is right before it reaches the chart.

Odontra runs Ocean 32 The Dentofacial Hub every day — so whatever slows a real clinic down goes back into the product.
