What we collect. The name, mobile number, clinic name, city, number of chairs and message you type into the form. We also keep a one-way hash of your network address for a few hours of abuse protection — never the address itself.

Why. Only to contact you about an Odontra demo. We do not sell your details or use them for anything unrelated.

Where it is kept. In a private database on Cloudflare. Only the Odontra team can read it.

How long. Until you ask us to delete it, or until a demo conversation has clearly ended without interest.

Cookies. This page sets no cookies and has no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your choices. Ask us to see or delete what we hold about you by writing to info@dcpltechnology.com, or from the number you gave us.

Patient data. Clinics’ patient records live in each clinic’s own private system, separate from this website, and are not shared with us or other clinics.
